Andrew Keeper, a Missouri inmate who had been incarcerated at the Moberly Correction Center (MCC), appeals from a judgment of the District Court2 entered upon a jury verdict in favor of Dr. Fred King, a former MCC physician, and Anthony Gammon, superintendent of MCC. We affirm.
